Yes Jesus, the miracle worker!
Yes, it’s Jesus – who can heal. The Bible in Luke 4:40 says … people throughout a certain village that Jesus visited brought sick family members to Him. No matter what their diseases were, the touch of His hand healed everyone. Lo and behold, Jesus still heals today!
Yes, it’s Jesus - who can deliver. The Bible says the ‘mad’ man of Gadara with many demons was delivered by Jesus1. Lo and behold, Jesus still delivers today!
Yes, it’s Jesus – who bears burdens. Jesus said. ‘Come unto me all you who labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest’2. Many who were troubled and depressed came to him and got rest for their souls.
Yes, it’s Jesus – who can meet all needs. The Bible tells us that Jesus met the food needs of over 5000 people3; He met financial needs of his disciples4, and he met ceremonial needs at a wedding when they ran out of drinks5. Lo and behold Jesus is still meeting diverse needs today!
Yes, it’s Jesus – who saves from sin and the punishment of sin.The Bible says Jesus has paid for our sins, in fact, the sins of the whole world6. By dying and shedding His blood on the cross He earned the power to reconcile man back to God7. Lo and behold, He still saves from sin and the consequences of sins today.
Dear friend, Jesus answers all things for those who believes, He heals, delivers, helps, meets all needs and saves from sin (wrongdoing) and the wrath to come as a result of sin.
Jesus said, ‘I come (to this world) that you will have life and have life abundantly’8. Jesus said, ‘I am the way, the truth and life, no one can go to the father (God) except through me’9.
Will you accept and receive this Jesus into your life? He gives true meaning to life and also grants free access to God who desires fellowship with man and fills every void that exists.
The Bible says in Romans 10:9-11 that ‘If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. We believe with our hearts, and so we are made right with God. And we declare with our mouths that we believe, and so we are saved. As the Scripture says, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disappointed.”
Please pray this prayer:
Dear God, I believe in you and in Jesus, I know you love me and desire the best for me. Please forgive me all my sins (wrongdoing) and through Jesus Christ your son, give me the power to sin no more and to please you for the rest of my life. Fill every void in me and let my life have true meaning and great impact. This I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.
